Yes, we can. We have personally hand crafted or selected our merchandise from excellant vendors. We strive to provide you with products that we ourselves use or would use.

Some of the gowns offered are brand new and in perfect condition. While others that we receive are samples from high-end couture bridal salons or overstock designers. Most likely, a gown from a retail store has been tried on at least once. All gowns are inspected as it is inventoried for any flaws. Then the gown is sent to a professional bridal gown cleaner and professional seamstress, if needed, so the gown is in ready when you purchase it.

We do not personally do custom made dresses. However, we do have a supplier that handles our custom made orders for us. You can send us a picture and your measurement. They will create a similar dress for you. Cha - Cha Designs cannot assure you that your dress will be exactly as you designed it. But we can assure you that it will be similar and as close as possible to your creation.

No. We do not have a min. purchase as we wish for our customers to return and send some friends along to shop too.

Dresses: Custom orders: typically take 3-4 weeks for delivery. In stock orders are shipped can take about 1-2 weeks for delivery. Rush orders as close to 1 week as possible. * Make sure you inform us of your wedding day so that proper arrangements can be made. Jewelry, clothes, shoes, etc. These orders ship out within 24 hours. arrival time will vary based upon the United States Postal Service. If you need your order sooner please say so in the note portion during check out and we will accomidate you (this could require additional fee for shipping and handling, if so we will contact you before it is done).

We only offer products that we feel we can provide to our customers at a reasonable price. Because we wish to target people of all financial status, our prices vary. If you notice for any of our products we try to provide quality items at an affordable cost.

No. At the moment we do not have a catalog. We are in the process of working on that along with a newsletter. When we have these we will make sure that our customers are aware of it.

Yes we have a store. Our store is located @ booth 302 3rd Street (inside of Traders Village, 7979 North Eldridge Rd, Houston, TX 77041). We are open Sat - Sun 10-5.

Shipping charges will vary per product. Some items are shipped free while others are not. Gowns: Unless otherwise noted in the description section, are charged as follows: 1 item @ $45.00; 2-4 item@ $69.00; 5-8 items @ $125.00; 9 or more you must speak with a Sales Representative at 517-977-1003 for pricing assistance.

Some items have an age restriction. Although we cannot tell you what to do or not do, we can advise you on what product is or is not sutiable for a particular age.
